Refund Policy

In the event of a student cancellation prior to June 1, 2009 , there will be a $50 service fee charged for each session cancelled. No refunds will be made after June 1, 2009 other than those covered by the Camp Refund Option.

Merchandise cancellation may only be made prior to May 1, 2009. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2009. Merchandise may be picked up from the Penticton office if the student is no longer attending the session, or futher arrangements can be discussed with the Okanagan Hockey School staff.

Camp Refund Option
This option provides for a full or prorated refund due to illness or injury only. The Camp refund option must be purchased concurrently with your registration. The fee is 5% of the registration cost and refunds will only be considered on receipt of a written claim, which includes confirmation of the refund option purchase and a medical report from your physician.
